Our BGA Team
Ebix has a growing and diverse team of
experienced professionals dedicated to serving the needs
of our BGA clients. Many of our staff have worked in
brokerage agencies and within the independent brokerage
industry and have a strong knowledge of how to apply SmartOffice’s functionality within this complex and
ever-changing business model.
BGA Advisory Council
Ebix takes the input of our user community very
seriously and we know some of the best development
guidance can come right from the user base. Our BGA
Advisory Council is another effort to formalize and
strengthen the opportunity to have our BGA clients have
direct input in our priorities for development and the
unique workflows created for the BGA environment. We are
grateful for the support and time of the BGA clients who
have volunteered to serve on this council and know all
of our users will benefit from their efforts.
